If an item fails the test, we will:

❌ Tag it as ‘Failed’ and remove it from service.
❌ Provide a detailed report outlining the failure.
❌ Advise on repairs or replacement to bring it back into compliance.

For workplaces under WorkSafe NZ safety requirements, failed equipment must not be used until repaired or replaced.

The required frequency of testing varies by industry and risk level, as outlined in AS/NZS 3760:2022:
